DemoScript is a platform operated by AximCode for creating, hosting, and sharing interactive product demonstrations. Features vary by subscription plan.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Free Tier: Limited features, no payment required.
Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
You agree not to:
Your Content: You retain ownership of demos and content you create. You grant us a license to host and display your content as part of the Service.
Our Service: DemoScript, its logo, and related materials are intellectual property of AximCode. The open-source CLI is licensed under MIT.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
